RT809F Programmer Software

RT809F Programmer Software is the official software for the RT809F universal programmer. It supports memory chips, BIOS, EEPROM, NAND, eMMC, and microcontrollers from various manufacturers.

The program allows you to:

• read, erase, and write chips;
• restore BIOS and UEFI firmware;
• work with automotive control units and consumer electronics;
• update firmware and the supported chip database.

The RT809F Software interface is easy to use, supports automatic chip detection, and regular updates. It is suitable for both professional workshops and electronics repair specialists.

• Reads and writes 8-pin and 16-pin memory chips commonly used on computer motherboards, laptops, LCDs, TVs, routers, and home appliances.
• Reads and programs DDR1/DDR2/DDR3 SPD memory.
• Supports 8-pin and 14-pin chips used in laptops (for password storage) and batteries (especially 24RF08/6480AR/BR9080/9016).
• Supports all 24 series, IIC EEPROM memory. Important! The programmer can automatically detect chip models from 24C01 to 24C16, and 25 series SPI. Automatically detects the write protection level on pin 7 of the 24 series.

• Support for Samsung, Philips, AOC, BENQ, and NESO. Support for the NT68F63/NT68F632/NT68F633 MCU and WT61P4 series. Samsung LCDs have a common problem with corrupted firmware, which you can resolve for free. It has a special function for reading original MCU firmware online. It can read and save original firmware from good MCUs. Supports SE1059 series reading and writing. Easily solves Samsung black screen issues.
• Online programming of WINBOND series MCUs, such as the W78E65P-40. Works with M6759, SM5964, SM89516, P89C51RD, and TP2804 MCUs, which often have corrupted firmware. Supports MTK series LCD and DVD programs online, such as MT2389, MT1379, MT8223, and 8226.
• Supports SUNPLUS DVD programs online, such as 8202D, 8202S, 8202L, 8281, and 8200.
